Our research has shown that there is confusion amongst players, parents and coaches about the types of foods, timings of meals and the drinks that children should intake for their activity.

It can be difficult to assess calorie intake and whilst food packaging now contains ingredients labelling, the information provided here and on the ‘Good Nutrition for Active Children™’ training course contains up to date advice.
