Good Nutrition for Active Children™

(incorporating ‘The Food Crew’) Opti-Me Limited

Tutor Training course information.

Our aim is to enable all adults involved with coaching/teaching or as parents/guardians to be aware of the benefits of good nutrition and to promote healthy eating habits, particularly with reference to sports and physical activity – helping children to achieve their potential.

GNAC™ Tutors are vital in the process in order to disseminate the messages nationally in easy-to-understand and simple to follow methods.

As a Tutor, you will gain satisfaction in sharing this knowledge and aiming to improve standards. Clubs and schools will gain recognition in Quality Assessments and inspections.

Opti-Me Limited is there to support Tutors and provides easy access for support, queries and information.

Tutors will be provided with materials to consolidate learning for their students, and will signpost and promote The Food Crew website for sustaining and embedding good nutrition
